Understanding...A people to people approach is fundamental to the purpose and operation of the Ibrahimi Center and the philosophy of working at a personal level and educating through dialogue and exchange is an essential element in ourlanguage courses as well as guiding our involvement in other activities. |  |  The Ibrahimi Center over the past 7 years has been involved in many activities including: | Providing a combined cultural education and language program for people coming to live in Gaza from outside - returnee Palestinians and foreign wives of Palestinians as well as internationals living temporarily in Gaza.
|  | Receiving and Sending students in an exchange program with Norwegian Schools.
Sending representatives to joint Palestinian-Israeli seminars and other activities to promote dialogue and communication. | | A planned project between theIbrahimi Center and Israeli organisation the Van LeerJerusalem Institute to set up a Women's Forum - involving a series of meetings over the course of a year between a group of Palestinian and Israeli women to discuss the issues that affect them both. |

The Center looks forward to continuing the programs above and expanding cooperation with other organisations as well as facilitating activities for cultural exchange inside Gaza. |
